ColdCallBlocker™ for Windows™ User Guide - Cold Call Detection Tab

The final tab on the ColdCallBlocker™ options window is for adjusting the sensitivity of the protection that the application offers.

ColdCallBlocker™ will always reject calls from callers that you have personally blocked. If you have an optional subscription to the ColdCallBlocker Network™ then telephone calls from numbers that other users have reported as being cold-callers will also be blocked. The first option on this tab is used to tell ColdCallBlocker™ how many other users must have previously reported the Caller ID as a cold-caller before your installation of the application will also block the call.

Actually, not everyone uses ColdCallBlocker™ to filter calls, preferring instead to just see the on-screen notification of incoming calls. To disable all automatic call-filtering, uncheck the "Auto-answer calls" option.

Enable the second option - "Callers who withhold their numbers" - if you would like ColdCallBlocker™ to filter calls from withheld numbers.
