ColdCallBlocker™ for Windows™ User Guide - Incoming Call Log

An audit list showing all received calls can be viewed by clicking on the "Call Log" button on the ColdCallBlockerMain window.

The audit list window itself takes the following form:

Each row represents an incoming call and the information shown represents the data that was recorded at the time that the call was received. For example, the "Cold Call" column indicates whether or not ColdCallBlocker™ determined the call to be unwanted.

Two options are provided to export this information out of ColdCallBlocker™, accessible by clicking on either the "Copy to Clipboard" or "Export Selected Calls" buttons. Copying the log data to the Windows™ clipboard allows that information to be quickly inserted into another application such as a word processor document or a spread sheet. Alternatively, to transfer your raw log data away from the computer where ColdCallBlocker™ is installed, the "Export Selected Calls" option can be used to generate an industry-standard CSV file.

Finally, to clear the contents of the incoming call log, click the "Select All Calls" button followed by the "Delete Selected Calls" button.
